Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
3. Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
4. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and co-workers.
6. Follow safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Protect company assets and ensure security.
