Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of the house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The F&B General Utility Worker II is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperature
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep cleaning duties
• Attend in-house training sessions
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations
• Comply with and promote the company’s health and safety policies
• Ensure adherence to all food hygiene regulations and assist in checking food deliveries to ensure high standards of produce
• Ensure proper food storage in accordance with hygiene regulations and follow stock rotation procedures
• Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment
• Prepare service area and service points
• Store food items and equipment accurately after service
