Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
3. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
4. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
6. Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols.
7. Ensure security of company assets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
