Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Protect company assets and ensure security

Job duties may change as needed to meet business needs.
