Job Description

The Lead General Utility Worker is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of our front and back of house facilities. This individual may oversee or delegate responsibilities to additional utility workers. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Train and guide utility staff on job duties and proper safety and sanitation procedures.
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
3. Maintain and clean dishwashing stations, three-compartment sinks, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
4. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
5. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
6. Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers.
7. Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
