Job Description

The Lead General Utility Worker oversees the maintenance and cleanliness of front and back of house facilities. They may delegate responsibilities to utility staff. Responsibilities vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Train and guide utility staff on job duties, safety, and sanitation procedures.
2. Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring all dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchenware are cleaned and sanitized.
3. Clean and maintain dishwashing stations, storerooms, refrigerators, and related areas.
4. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
5. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
6. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
7. Follow Aramark safety policies, including food safety and sanitation standards.
8. Adapt to changing job duties as needed to meet commitments.

Qualifications
