Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves various essential back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The F&B General Utility Worker II is responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper kitchen equipment use and cleaning techniques.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep cleaning duties
• Attend in-house training sessions
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations
• Support and promote the company's health and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and assist in checking food deliveries for quality
• Manage food storage in accordance with hygiene standards and stock rotation systems
• Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment
• Prepare service areas and points
• Store food items and equipment accurately after service
