Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back-of-the-house and front-of-the-house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The F&B General Utility Worker II is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 to $17.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation for this position as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
2. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including dishwashing and deep cleaning duties.
3. Attend in-house training sessions.
4. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company standards.
5. Assist in implementing health and safety policies.
6. Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and assist in checking in food deliveries, ensuring high standards of produce acceptance.
7. Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation following hygiene regulations.
8. Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
9. Prepare service areas and points.
10. Store food items and equipment accurately after service.
