Job Description

As a General Utility Worker, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and work environments. This role is a starting point for your career with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Secure company assets.

Job duties may vary based on location and business needs. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
