Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company assets.

Job duties may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements. Duties may also change or be added without notice.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
