Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, and co-workers
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Secure company assets

Qualifications
