Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves various essential back of the house and front of the house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The F&B General Utility Worker II is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment and gaining extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep cleaning duties
• Attend in-house training sessions
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations
• Assist in promoting and implementing the company's health and safety policies
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and assist with food deliveries, ensuring high standards of produce
• Manage food storage in accordance with hygiene regulations and stock rotation systems
• Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment
• Prepare service areas and points
• Store food items and equipment accurately after service
