Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Secure company assets

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
