Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company assets.

Job duties may vary by location based on client needs. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
