Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Secure company assets.
