Job summary

Responsibilities

• Discuss orders to be manufactured with the supervisor.
• Read orders including special instructions and discuss any unclear items with the supervisor.
• Make bundles efficiently to meet production requirements.
• Constantly monitor quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make units in accordance with orders or supervisor's instructions.
• Assist machine operator to meet production requirements.
• Inform supervisor or operator immediately of breakdowns or issues with machines or equipment.
• Help perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.

BRIEF JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing general labor in an orderly, accurate and efficient manner per customer orders and direction of the supervisor.

DUTIES & RESPOSIBLITIES:

1. Discuss orders to be manufactured with the supervisor.
2. Thoroughly read all orders including special instructions and discuss machine operator or supervisor on anything on the order that doesn’t seem normal.
3. Be able to make bundles in an efficient manner to meet production requirements.
4. Constantly monitor quality of production to ensure customer satisfaction per accepted company standards.
5. Make units in accordance with orders or supervisor’s instructions.
6. Assist machine operator to meet production requirements in an orderly and efficient manner.
7. Inform the supervisor or machine operator immediately of a breakdown or any other problems with the machines or equipment that would prevent efficient operation.
8. Help perform preventative maintenance on any piece of equipment.
9. Perform other duties as required.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shift supervisor.

POSITION INTERACTION:

Shift supervisor, machine operator and fellow line workers.
