Job summary

AOIA in Northern Virginia seeks a general urologist to join a well-established practice of seven urologists. The role offers a 4-day workweek, mentorship for new physicians, and potential oncology subspecialty opportunities. The incoming clinician will split time between the OR and clinic, with robotic support available.

Qualifications

• General urology opportunity with subspecialty interests possible, particularly oncology
• Robotic surgery experience with Da Vinci XI preferred but not required
• 4-day workweek with 6 weeks of PTO
• Call is 1:7
• Incoming physician will spend ~2 days per week in the OR and ~2 days per week in clinic
• Mentorship for those new to training

• Spend approximately 2 days per week in the OR and 2 days per week in the clinic
• Join a large, established urology group (six other urologists)
• Provide general urology services with potential oncology subspecialty focus
