Job summary

The University of Chicago's Department of Surgery, Section of Urology, seeks full-time Clinical Associates to support faculty at Hyde Park and affiliated sites. Inpatient and outpatient duties include office visits, ambulatory procedures, and state-of-the-art surgery, with on-call coverage.

Appointments are renewable for up to three years and do not require teaching. Candidates must hold an MD or equivalent, be eligible for Illinois and Indiana licensure, and be board-certified or eligible with

• Must hold medical doctorate (MD) or equivalent.
• Be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana.
• Board certified or eligible with the American Board of Urology or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and ambulatory procedures.
• Perform state-of-the-art surgical procedures.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care and on-call coverage.
• Collaborate with faculty to support the Urology program.
