Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.**Job Description Summary:**Performs skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various building systems and equipment.**Job Description:****Essential Functions:*** Adheres to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following established procedures for hazardous materials handling and disposal.* Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintains systems as required by regulatory agencies.* Maintains accurate records of work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and other relevant information. Maintains stock, inventory, and orders materials.* Performs repair tasks on related to the building shell and all systems integrated in that shell.* Responds to work orders and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.* Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment and system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending appropriate solutions.
