Job Description:

Essential Functions:

• Performs repair tasks related to the building shell and all systems integrated within it.
• Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety, complying with regulatory requirements.
• Responds promptly to work orders and service requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Diagnoses equipment and system malfunctions, identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders and vendors.
• Maintains accurate records of work performed, including parts, labor hours, and other relevant data. Manages stock, inventory, and material orders.
• Follows all safety protocols and regulations, including PPE use and hazardous materials handling and disposal procedures.

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure Requirement:

Valid Ohio driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and passing of motor vehicle background checks and training as per hospital policies. Maintains qualification according to insurance guidelines.
