Job summary

Absolute Recomp in Fort Worth is seeking a customer-focused team member to enhance member experience and support retail operations. You will welcome members, assist with check-ins, answer inquiries, and resolve issues while maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.

You will educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions, process purchases, and help maintain merchandising standards. The role covers club operations, cleaning, and administrative tasks with POS usage and teamwork skills valued.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and technology.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Check members in and assist with account questions.
  • Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries.
  • Resolve basic member concerns and elevate issues when needed.
  • Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
  • Educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions.
  • Process retail purchases accurately.
  • Maintain merchandising standards.
  • Restock inventory and communicate low stock.
  • Complete assigned cleaning and reset rotations.
  • Maintain locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces.
  • Complete opening, mid-day, or closing checklists.
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety standards.
  • Process memberships, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate member records.
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.

Physical Requirements
