Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the General Surgery 3W unit at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO.

This part-time role (24 hours/week) includes night shifts on a 7:00 pm–7:00 am schedule, providing care under supervision with a focus on patient safety and outcome quality. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
