UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN), in partnership with UNC Health Wayne, is actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join UNC Surgical Specialists at Goldsboro . This is a full-time position within a well-established, community-focused surgical practice providing high-quality care to adult patients across a broad range of general surgical needs.

Education Requirements:
? Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
? DEA;MD
? BLS
Professional Experience Requirements:
? Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
? Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
REASONING ABILITY
High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
