Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a General Surgery Physician specializing in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery in Moultrie, Georgia. This full-time role supports a trio of board-certified orthopedic physicians with solid mid-level provider backing.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00–17:00) with clinic and OR duties, plus a 7-days-per-month on-call requirement and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits and 100% profit share are included.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of an orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility; must obtain certification within five years if not yet certified.
• Georgia Medical License or eligibility to participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

General Surgery Physician

Join a dynamic and established practice as a General Surgery Physician specializing in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery in Moultrie, Georgia. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated surgeon eager to contribute to a team of three board-certified orthopedic physicians, with robust support from mid-level providers.

Location:

Moultrie, Georgia, conveniently located 35 miles from Albany, GA, and 60 miles from Tallahassee, FL.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with time evenly divided between clinic and operating room duties.
• On-call: Required 7 days per month, with additional compensation for extra call days.
• Compensation: Competitive salary with an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment. The position also offers a 100% share of practice profits.
• Benefits: Includes paid health insurance, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, generous student loan repayment assistance, CME allowance and time off, and a monthly cell phone allowance. Optional participation in a supplemental benefits package, including retirement match (403-B), is also available.
