Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a General Surgery Physician specializing in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery in Moultrie, Georgia. This full-time role supports a trio of board-certified orthopedic physicians with solid mid-level provider backing.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00–17:00) with clinic and OR duties, plus a 7-days-per-month on-call requirement and relocation assistance. Comprehensive benefits and 100% profit share are included.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of an orthopedic residency and a foot and ankle fellowship.
• Board certification or eligibility; must obtain certification within five years if not yet certified.
• Georgia Medical License or eligibility to participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, clinic and operating room duties.
• On-call 7 days per month with additional compensation for extra call days.
• 100% share of practice profits and competitive salary; opportunity to contribute to a team of three board-certified orthopedic physicians.
