CHI Mercy Health, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a full-time outpatient Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our General Surgery team in beautiful Southern Oregon. If you’re looking for a role with weekends off, no call, no OR requirements, and the potential for office-based procedures in the future, this position is for you. We welcome new graduates, and no prior general surgery experience is necessary!

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient Position: Primarily focused on outpatient care- no OR responsibilities.
  • Patient Management: Evaluate and manage conditions such as GERD, conduct screening colonoscopy evaluations, and follow up with post-operative patients.
  • Office-Based Procedures: Opportunities for procedures like port and drain removals.

Qualifications

  • Open to new and experienced providers with or without surgery experience. We will train you!
  • NCCPA, ANCC, or AANP certification required.
