Job summary

Atlantic MEDsearch is seeking a general surgeon to join a single specialty group with two other general surgeons. You will perform a full scope of bread-and-butter general surgery and GI procedures, in a busy practice with rapid ramp-up and solid referral support.

The office operates Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-12pm, with a 1:3 on-call schedule. Compensation includes salary, incentives, retirement, vacation/CME, relo, benefits, malpractice, and potential sign-on bonus & student loan assistance.

Responsibilities

• Full scope of general bread & butter general surgery cases.
• GI procedures included in the mix (roughly 58%).
• Share call 1:3 with an experienced surgical team.

Responsibilities involve a full scope of general bread & butter general surgery cases. Make-up of practice is 42% general surgery procedures & 58% GI. An excellent referral system & high patient demand for surgical services offer a quick ramp up. Office is open Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm & Fri’s 8am-12pm. Share call 1:3.
