A historic 70-bed general medical and surgical hospital in the heart of the West Virginia Appalachian Mountains is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon to join their staff. The opportunity supports three surgeons, with preferences for full-time, part-time, or PRN arrangements.

Qualifications

• BE/BC General Surgeon required.
• Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time or PRN.

Responsibilities

• Provide general surgery services for inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Handle low-volume call: 3–5 ED consults per week and 1–2 emergent surgeries per week.
• Collaborate with existing surgical staff to cover a mix of bread-and-butter cases and shape clinical interests.
• Make your own schedule within department needs.
