Job summary

CHI Health Clinic at St. Francis Medical Center is seeking a General Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive care across clinic, OR, and hospital rounding.

The role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered planning, and high-quality perioperative services for pediatric and family populations. You will join a multi-specialty team with new operating rooms and strong hospitalist support, requiring board-certified NP or PA credentials and Nebraska licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited advanced practice training program (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
• Board eligibility or certification in Nebraska.
• Active or eligible Nebraska license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a General Surgery Advanced Practice Provider, you will join CHI Health Clinic at St. Francis Medical Center, specializing in all aspects of bread-and-butter surgery within clinic, operating room and hospital rounding.

Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of children and families within CHI Health Clinic

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate provider, ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.
