Jackson Physician Search is seeking a hospital-employed General Surgery physician in South Dakota to lead a well-established practice as a senior surgeon transitions toward retirement. You’ll inherit a loyal patient base and benefit from a structured handoff with immediate surgical volume from day one.

This position offers autonomy, a four-day work week with two clinic days and two dedicated OR days, a strong clinical support team, and mentorship during the transition.
