• Job Setting: Inpatient, hospital-based
• Types of Cases:
  • Adult general surgery
  • Minimal trauma
  • Central lines, chest tubes, vascular access
  • Cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, colon/small bowel
  • Limited pediatric (skin/soft tissue only)
• Credentialing: 120 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified ABoS
• Licensure: Active Kentucky license required
