Banner Health is seeking a General Surgeon to join Sterling Regional Medical Center, a 24-bed acute care hospital serving northeastern Colorado and parts of neighboring states. The role emphasizes full-spectrum surgery, endoscopy use, and meaningful trauma care in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Endoscopy skills put to regular use.
• Level III Trauma Center experience with meaningful acuity.
• Full spectrum General Surgery with diverse case mix.

Responsabilités

• Provide critical surgical services to residents of northeastern Colorado and parts of neighboring states.
• Perform approximately 20 major and 42 minor procedures monthly.
• Maintain an average daily patient volume of 14 and develop lasting patient relationships.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high-quality perioperative care.
