Job summary

Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California, is seeking a General Surgeon to join an established surgical practice. This is an employed opportunity with Tenet Physician Resources and First Choice Physician Partners, on the Desert Regional campus with access to hospital resources and an ASC.

The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care (roughly 50/50), a typical Monday–Friday schedule, and a focus on broad general surgery with strong patient demand in a growing

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery; Fellowship training preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure; able to obtain privileges at Desert Regional Medical Center.

Responsibilities

• Employed opportunity with Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) and First Choice Physician Partners (FCPP) at Desert Regional Medical Center.
• Join a well-established surgical team with a balanced mix of inpatient/outpatient care (about 50/50).
• Call responsibilities cover your own established patient panel; dedicated clinic support is provided.
