Job summary

Ascension St. John in Tulsa, OK is seeking a physician to join a busy, nonprofit health system with strong referral support.

This employed position offers a mixed inpatient/outpatient practice with full operational support and a light call schedule across a collaborative team of physicians and APPs. Requirements include MD/DO with Oklahoma prescriptive authority and DO/MD education; advanced life support preferred.

Qualifications

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Lead patient care within your assigned area using advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to improve patient outcomes.
• Advocate for clinical excellence by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance quality of care and cost-effectiveness.
