Job summary

Indiana University Health in Fort Wayne, IN is recruiting a General Surgeon to lead our growing surgical team and oversee clinical services as we launch a new facility set to open in early 2027.

The role includes inpatient and outpatient general surgery duties, leadership responsibilities, and collaboration with IU School of Medicine to advance patient care. Board-certified/board-eligible surgeons with 3+ years of leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy (MD or DO).
• American Board of Surgery board eligible or board certified.
• Able to obtain IN licensure.
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
