Laredo Physicians Group, in partnership with Doctors Hospital of Laredo, is hiring a full-time General Surgeon in Laredo, Texas. The ideal candidate will have an interest in breast and/or oncology surgery to expand these services in the community and work within a state-of-the-art facility supported by Universal Health Services.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in general surgery.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general surgery services in a high-volume practice.
• Collaborate with experienced surgeons and support staff.
• Manage day-to-day surgical responsibilities with a team approach.
• Document care using Cerner EMR.
• Participate in shared call rotation with the surgical team.
