Job Summary

NovaNav is seeking General Surgeons to join our Advisory Board and provide strategic guidance on surgical workflow optimization, patient engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide Industry Expertise: Offer guidance on hospital operations, patient engagement trends, and AI adoption in digital health.
  2. Support Product Development: Share insights on hospital workflow automation, PROMs compliance, and operational integration to ensure the platform meets health system needs.
  3. Facilitate Hospital & Health System Networking: Introduce NovaNav to hospital leaders, compliance officers, and technology executives evaluating patient engagement platforms.
  4. Guide Value-Based Care & Compliance Strategy: Advise on best practices for reducing readmissions, improving patient recovery, and scaling AI-driven hospital engagement.

As an Advisory Board Member, you will:

  1. Advise on patient engagement strategies to enhance patient compliance, recovery outcomes, and experience scores.
  2. Guide NovaNav’s expansion into hospitals and health systems by leveraging your expertise in hospital operations, value-based care, and digital health adoption.
  3. Facilitate strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and decision-makers to drive adoption.
  4. Support compliance initiatives related to CMS PROMs requirements, readmission reduction, and regulatory reporting.

Required Experience:

  1. 10+ years of experience in surgical care, hospital operations, or healthcare IT.
  2. Leadership experience in surgical departments, ASCs, or hospital systems.
  3. Familiarity with CMS requirements for PROMs tracking and value-based care models.
