Job Description

UMUCH, part of the University of Maryland Medical System, is seeking a full-time Surgeon to support our General Surgery/Bariatric Surgery program.

Job Details:

• Join a team of 6 general surgeons (including 1 Colorectal/General Surgery and 1 Bariatric/General Surgery) and several PAs.
• Minimally invasive and robotic surgery training required.
• 1 in 6 call schedule.
• Primarily based at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, MD.
• Work Monday through Friday during the day, with a manageable call rotation to promote work/life balance.
• Support from hospital administration and dedicated office staff.
• Epic electronic health record support available.
• Position offers sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
• Leadership opportunities available for qualified candidates.
