Skilled Wound Care, a premier national physician group, is seeking General Surgeons in Beaumont, TX to lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities. This no-call position offers clinical autonomy and the opportunity to work a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Full-time or part-time roles are available, with substantial earning potential for top performers through per-patient, per-procedure pay and bonus programs.

General Surgeon Salary & Compensation

• Full-Time Average Annual Earnings: $250,000 - $500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• High Achievers: Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses
• Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

General Surgeon Schedule

We offer consistent weekday schedules with no nights or weekends, in part-time or full-time options:

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week

General Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome General Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
