Job Summary

This position manages road construction and bridge projects in the area. The ideal candidate has several years of superintendent experience in a fast-paced environment, with handling multiple subcontractors and underground work experience being a plus. The Superintendent is responsible for completing heavy civil projects on time and within budget, scheduling activities, and supervising foremen involved in earthworks, roadwork, bridges, or related tasks.

Job Duties

1. Supervise construction efforts to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
2. Coordinate with client representatives and other contractors.
3. Report extra work, back charges, or delays caused by external parties.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications/Skills

• 1 to 4 years of experience in relevant skills, depending on level.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screening and physical evaluation.
• No safety threats to self or others.
• Adhere to job site safety requirements (e.g., PPE, attire).
