We are currently seeking a dynamicGeneral Superintendentto oversee the execution of infrastructure, utilities, horizontal construction, and water/wastewater treatment projects. This position requires a structured, systems-oriented leader who can implement technical specifications, establish documented field processes,

and deliver projects with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all field operations and Superintendents across multiple infrastructure and water/wastewater projects with systematic oversight
• Implement structured field management systems including quality control, schedule monitoring, and technical documentation
• Establish detailed work plans for critical infrastructure components including underground utilities, treatment systems, and civil structures
• Analyze technical specifications and translate into precise field execution plans with clear metrics for success
• Monitor field performance against established criteria with data-driven analysis and corrective action plans
• Ensure implementation and continuous oversight of the Project-Specific HSE Plan; liaise regularly with the HSE Manager to coordinate compliance efforts, address safety concerns, and implement corrective actions as required.
• Support and maintain Project Quality Objectives by actively coordinating with the Project Quality Manager to coordinate inspections, address non-conformances, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of quality related issues.
• Review and validate submittals, RFIs, and field modifications for compliance with project requirements
• Establish quality control benchmarks and inspection protocols for critical infrastructure components
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including as-built records, test results, and compliance certifications
• Develop specialized field expertise in water/wastewater treatment systems, pumping stations, and utility installations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 20+ years of progressive field management experience with specialized knowledge in infrastructure and water/wastewater projects
• Strong technical background with demonstrated understanding of civil engineering principles, mechanical systems, and construction methodologies
• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects including treatment plants, pump stations, and underground utilities
• Experience preparing and updating schedules to ensure progress in the field
• Highly structured approach to field management with emphasis on systems, processes, and technical standards
• Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret technical specifications and implement precise field execution
• Experience with regulatory compliance for infrastructure and water/wastewater construction
• Proficient with Procore, technical documentation systems, and quality control tools, and scheduling software
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with structured analysis and documented solutions
