General Superintendent (Construction)

The General Superintendent is responsible for the oversight of all district field operations consistent with and supportive of company policies and procedures, with an emphasis on exceeding personal, district and company goals. The General Superintendent works with individuals of all levels within the organization and is responsible for coordinating the activities and development of multiple direct reports.
