We’re partnered with a top-tier Industrial General Contractor that consistently delivers high-quality tilt-up and precast projects across the country. With a strong pipeline of work across Florida and Georgia, they are looking to bring on a proven General Superintendent to oversee operations across the Southeast region.

The role:

You will be the senior field leader across multiple industrial projects, ensuring that schedules, budgets, safety standards, and client expectations are met across all sites. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple superintendents and project teams while maintaining strong communication with internal leadership and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the field operations of multiple industrial projects across FL and GA
• Lead and mentor project superintendents and field staff
• Drive project execution, quality control, and safety compliance
• Partner closely with project management teams to ensure alignment
• Represent the company in client-facing situations and maintain strong relationships

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction
• Strong background in tilt-up or precast concrete projects
• Proven experience managing multiple job sites or regions
• Excellent leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast as needed

Compensation:

• Base salary of $170,000 to $210,000 depending on experience
