Diversified Roofing is seeking a General Superintendent (Construction) to lead and manage all field operations for our commercial roofing division in Phoenix. This role oversees multiple crews, superintendents, and projects while ensuring safety, quality, production, and profitability goals are met.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual leader (English/Spanish) with extensive experience across major commercial roofing systems and a proven ability to scale teams and coordinate complex schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial roofing experience.
• 5+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role.
• Experience with all major commercial roofing systems.
• OSHA knowledge and safety leadership mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to all field superintendents and crews.
• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Coatings, Foam, Metal, Tile, etc.).
• Drive production efficiency, jobsite performance, and schedule adherence.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits, quality inspections, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure seamless job execution.
• Lead manpower planning, crew assignments, and workforce development.
• Train, mentor, and develop field leaders and foremen.
• Resolve field challenges quickly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
