Job summary

Baker Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead profitable installation of project work, directing co-workers and coordinating with other trades on water/wastewater treatment construction for large or multiple mid-sized projects. You will ensure safety, planning, cost, and productivity while upholding SQP culture and maintaining high-level client relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated ability to perform on progressively more complex projects

• Coordinates and Executes Work
• Promotes Client and Industry Relations
• Directs and Oversees Staff
• Promote and enforce site safety in coordination with the safety department.
• Hold Subcontractors accountable to project plans, standards, and commitments.
• Participates in Training/Certifications

Summary

The General Superintendent directly and through subordinate Superintendents, oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing, coordinating and directing other trades. Responsible for water/wasterwater treatment construction for large project or multiple mid-sized projects. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating and SQP culture. Responsible for high level client relationship through professional conduct.
