Job summary

Southland Holdings is seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Dallas, TX DIA Project. The role focuses on leading field teams, coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors, and developing look-ahead schedules to meet critical milestones.

You will read and interpret contract documents, communicate with the CEI, and hold progress meetings while enforcing safety and quality standards on site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of civil construction management, a Class B license, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of field management of multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Development of look ahead schedules in conjunction with project schedule.
• Must have Class B License.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Common Scheduling Programs a plus.
• Civil construction experience and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and the project schedule.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to communicate with the CEI of the project.
• Hold Jobsite Progress Meetings.
• Ability to schedule in house crews and subcontractors.
• Must be competent at performing complete and accurate project take offs.
• Proficiency with industry practices, processes and standards.
• OSHA requirements and other legal restrictions.
• Enforce company safety regulations

Responsibilities

Salary: $100k-$120k
