• Help maintain an organized, structured, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Reinforce classroom expectations and assist with classroom management.
• Monitor students during lessons, transitions, and other school activities.
• Provide additional support to students who may need extra academic assistance.
• Assist with grading, recordkeeping, and classroom organization as directed by the lead teacher.
• Help set up and clean up classroom activities and materials.
