Qualifications

• 5 years of laboratory experience required.
• Must hold a State of Florida Laboratory Personnel license.
• Supervisor license preferred.

The Laboratory Shift Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day department operation. This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in clinical area as it relates to Laboratory results. This individual helps maintain excellent rapport among Laboratory, Physicians, Nursing Staff and other Hospital Departments. This individual works closely with the Laboratory Director to maintain policy, procedures and day-to-day operations of Department and Laboratory.
