Job summary

Avangrid is seeking a Manager - General Services in Rochester, NY to oversee a broad portfolio of General Services programs, drive standardization, and manage budgets across facilities, fleet, and real estate. The role requires strong leadership and vendor coordination to deliver value and efficiency.

You will lead project teams, coordinate engagements with stakeholders, report progress to senior leadership, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy while traveling weekly as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience as a team member or team lead on at least two major projects or programs.
• Geographic mobility; ability to travel weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership on General Services projects and programs including budgets and schedules.
• Develops and enhances General Services systems and processes; benchmark and implement best practices across Avangrid.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor management; communicate progress to senior management.
