The State of Florida, Bureau of General Services, is seeking a General Services Analyst in the Leasing section to manage public and private sector leases across the assigned region.
Reporting to the Leasing Support Administrator, the role involves negotiating leases, preparing bid specifications, maintaining lease records in FACTS, and coordinating with tenant brokers and other agencies. A Florida driver’s license and FCCM are preferred.

The Bureau of General Services is seeking a General Services Analyst within the Leasing section. This position reports to the Leasing Support Administrator and is responsible for all public and private sector leases in the assigned region of the State.
All prospective candidates will be subject to a sex offender check, criminal background checks (state, local and national) and pre‑employment drug screening for direct care positions. DJJ participates in E‑Verify (Employment Verification). A valid driver’s license is required. Licenses that have corrective lenses restriction are acceptable, provided the driver wears corrective lenses while operating the vehicle.
